"I visited the telephone Road store on 5/5/08. I am planning a purchase, I couldn't buy that day however the salesman took his time with me showed me things on the website I hadn't discovered myself, talked about the harley financing, showed me a really cool bike and explained the fit for me. He showed me all the accessories on the site. We talked about my limited biking experience and my current intended use for a bike. All the while he knew I wasn't going home with a motorcyle that day. I found a great helmet on sale and I snatched it up. Just as soon as I get all my ducks in a row, I'll be going back to Stubbs on telephone road for the purchase. "I own a 1998 Road King Classic which I bougt in Turkey.Since than we have been buying parts and accesories from Stubbs.My wife Nuray Artam comes to houston with my doughter for health controles frequently and brings back the parts I order(even pair of tires)because it is much cheeper for me this way.All the things that I bought has been very satisfactory my wife enjoys so much to shop for me she asks way ahead of time for my list of orders.She things that keeping me occupied in my garage playing with my bike prevents me from messing around with OTHER things.

"My experience was very good. I have been riding motorcycles for 35 years and had many questions about the new bikes. With my tech questions we went to the mechanics to make sure I was answered correctly. It was very refreshing not to have sales blow smoke up your butt.

"Brenden and the staff at Stubb's are great. Brendan was patient with me. He answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. I purchased my very first motorcycle at Stubb's at the end of May 2007 and it was an awesome experience! Everytime I visit the Stubb's Showroom, I truly feel like I am a memeber of the Harley family. I enjoyed my Rider's Edge course as well. Mike and John made it a wonderful experience and treated us like we were "part" of the crew. I love stopping by and chatting with the staff. "Had a great experience purchasing my first H-D. My salesperson Brendan was very understanding & helpful. it was hard for me to make up my mind which H-D to purchase. Put a deposit on one then changed my mind to a different bike which the color i wanted wasn't at thier location. Brendan got one sent to their location so i could see it in person. I really appreciated that. That Softail Custom is a real nice riding bike, looks good to. I had someone tell me "That is what a Harley Davidson should look like, all chromed out from the word, GO!". I went to San Antonio & back three days after my purchase. Road like a dream. Thanks for making my first H-D purchase so easy."

"We'll here's how it happened: I got on the internet while teaching Shop in our little town and got online to look for a motorcycle for myself and my husband. I found Stubbs Harley of Houston and my new baby. I called and spoke with Harrison concerning the Harley Heritage Classic. It was the only one they had on the floor and I had Harrison put a SOLD tag on it. Sure enough when we finally made it to the Stubbs anniversary sale there was my babe, sitting there with a sold tag and Harrison with a grin. I walked out of Stubbs with a new bike and a smile to match Harrisons. My thanks to Ed in financing for the lecture and the help with bringing my classic home. I had a great time, my kids love my bike and my husband is still bragging about the fact that his wife bought "him" a bike. We've got to allow them their illusion ladies. "Walking into Stubbs on Telephone Rd, was the 1st time for me ever to walk into a cycle place of any kind. It was very overwhelming and exciting. My adrenalin was pumping off the charts!!! Then I had a chance to meet with Harrison (Best salesman @ Stubbs), He made my experience of purchasing a 2007 Road King for my husband's 50th surprise birthday a very easy, painless,felt sooooo right experience. If you ever have the chance to make a deal, I highly recommend Harrison, and of course the guys he works with, like Ed in finance and John in insurance.I tell ya buying my husband this Harley has made me a Legend. Now I'm introduced as the wife that bought him a Harley. Ladies I've just set the expectation bar for my 50th birthday----He has a couple of more years to save to buy my Harley (Never Underestimate the Power of a Harley).

"Didn't buy my Harley at Stubbs, I was living in another part of Texas at the time. However, the Service Dept. has treated me as if I was a long-time customer over the past two years. Any "glitches" were immediately addressed and resolution was made to my satisfaction, thanks to "Chopper" and Ed. Their "motor clothes" personnel are the best, especially Tammy and not just when they are waiting on a customer. They make you feel at home even when you're justing visiting. Stubbs is a regular "coffee stop" for me. John (in Riders Edge) has encouraged me to become a RiderCoach, which makes me feel even more like part of the Stubbs family. Don't just "do business" with them, get to know the people...they're great!"

"Another dealer here in town had really turned me against getting a new scooter, but Brandon Jones gave that little something extra to change my mind. A wonderful experience from start to delivery (hate to see Brandon run off to Pasadena), but everyone should know, he will stay with you as late as necessary to make sure you are happy. From Charles in parts to Chopper over in service and back to Christie in clothing - not one aspect of customer service is neglected. A smile greets you with every trip whether you are there for goodies or just to look around.
With all the people they meet and see on a daily basis, I have always been met and greeted on a first name basis. That is a big plus with me and will keep me rolling up every chance I get. WAY TO GO STUBBS 5***** to you all."

"Just purchased a 2007 Dana Wide Glide in a Black Pearl with the new 96CU motor and 6 speed transmission. This is one SWEET Bike. I can feel the power and torque from this sled.
