Anytime you make a purchase, you will receive points. These points are redeemable for gift certificates towards future purchases. The more you spend, the more you save. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for coming back again and again to Stubbs Harley-Davidson & San Jacinto Harley-Davidson.

FAQ's

Question: Can the card be used at both locations?
Answer: Yes, the card can be used at both locations and the points will combine to create 1 lump sum of points

Question: What If I already had an existing rewards card with San Jacinto HD or Stubbs Harley-Davidson.
Answer: Simple, we have already moved your points over to your new custom Hou-Tex rewards card and cancelled your old card for you.

Question: If I make a purchase today, when will I be able to see the points and redeem them?
Answer: There is a 24-48 hour delay from your purchase to when they are available online to redeem and view.

Question: If I do not own a computer or cannot get to the website to redeem my points for a gift certificate, can I come in to the store to redeem my points?
Answer: Absolutely! Our staff is trained and ready to help our customers redeem their points right at the counter!

Question: Do my points have an expiration date?
Answer: points earned will never expire. If you redeem a gift certificate online, the gift certificate can only be printed within 30 days from the day you redeemed the gift certificate.

Question: What do I do if I lose my card?
Answer: email or call Joel using the information below. We will issue a new card, and transfer all points over to the new card seamlessly.

Question: If I redeem a $50.00 gift certificate and only buy something for $30.00, what happens to the rest of the money?
Answer: The rest of your money will be placed on a gift certificate at the time of the transaction.
